In Deutschland gibt es eine Selbsthilfe-Organisation mit weiblichen Mitgliedern, welche Männer bestrafen wollen, die Frauen sexuell belästigen. Die Präsidentin dieser Gruppe ist die 184 cm große und athletisch gebaute Heike von der Reeperbahn.

Heute besucht sie einen Mann, der Frauen im öffentlichen Schwimmbad ohne ihre Zustimmung fotografiert und gefilmt hat. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, das illegale Material zu konfiszieren und ihm eine Lektion zu erteilen, dies nicht noch einmal zu tun. Also beschließt sie, ihre Hände und seine Haut für harte Ohrfeigen und Körperschläge nass zu machen, weil es ihm einerseits eine Assoziation zum Schwimmbad vermittelt und andererseits Schläge mit der flachen Hand auf nasser Haut extrem schmerzhaft sind. Sie weiß das aus Erfahrung, da sie eine professionelle Domina auf der berühmten Reeperbahn in Hamburg ist. Sie weiß, dass ihre Klienten bei Schlägen auf nasser Haut deutlich mehr Schmerzen empfinden. Und es erregt sie selbst, wenn sie ihre Handabdrücke auf der Haut der Männer sieht, welche sie disziplinieren und für die Selbsthilfe-Organisation bestrafen muß. So auch bei diesem Belästiger.
